Combining Yoga Trapeze with a mat-based practice for a fun, creative & beneficial practice

I'm the first yoga trapeze instructor in West Cork and I find it complements my love for play and creativity perfectly. Hanging upside down – not as scary as it might sound! – has many unique benefits:
